Flo Edwards, born Florence Edwards, is a London-based recruitment consultant and BBC’s The Apprentice 2024 candidate. She is the founder of Hathor Talent, an Executive Search and Interim Management recruitment business focusing on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion within Finance for Private Capital Portfolio Companies.

Before starting her own consultancy, Flo had stints at Finatal, Sledge and Morgan McKinley. She also served as a Sports Coach at Dean Close School, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Flo is a former Netball Super League star. She was signed to Premier Romans Netball Club in their National League Prem 1.

London-based recruitment consultant Flo Edwards is a candidate in series 18 of The Apprentice, fronted by business tycoon Lord Sugar alongside his trusted advisors Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell MBE. The series sees the hopeful business candidates battle it out for the opportunity of a lifetime for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment and mentorship.

“I’m so excited to finally share with you all that I’ll be a candidate on BBC’s The Apprentice 2024,” Flo announced on social media. “If someone had told 18 year old me I would have had this opportunity I would have laughed. You never quite know where the rollercoaster of life will take you. Very excited to be able to share this next stage of my journey.”

Sharing why she thinks she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Flo said: “I don’t necessarily deserve Lord Sugar’s investment more than anyone else in the process; I have a great business and I have a proven track record of generating revenue. However, equality, diversity and inclusion is at the core of the business so with Lord Sugar’s experience with scaling recruitment businesses we can expedite this positive impact (alongside profits!).”
