Noor Bouziane is a Spanish entrepreneur and contestant on The Apprentice 2024. She is the founder and CEO of Lux Lumier, a premium jewellery company based in Liverpool.

Speaking about her biggest business success to date, Noor told the BBC: “My biggest success so far has been starting up my business at the age of just 20. As I’ve had to run it independently, I’ve learned to be very disciplined in the daily organisation of my business.”

Her entrepreneurship journey has not been smooth sailing. She said: “My biggest business failure so far has been ordering a large amount of stock from a supplier that sadly delivered me very poor-quality jewellery, which was not up to standard for my business.”

Noor says she has ‘competitiveness in her blood’ and ‘will go to any length to win this process.’ She believes Lord Sugar would be missing out on plenty of cash if he were not to invest in her accessory business.

Sharing why she thinks she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Noor said: “My business is worthy of the investment because I will be able to generate a lot of money for Lord Sugar compared to other candidates. My brand is something new and it offers the best accessories around.”

Noor revealed she was taking part in the BBC series on Instagram, writing: “I can finally announce that your girl is on Season 18 on THE APPRENTICE. It’s been a wild ride but Allah swt put me in this position for a reason.

“I’ve always wanted to build a platform to represent all my black hijabi’s and show you whatever you put your mind to you can achieve.
