Sam Saadet, born Samantha Saadet, is an online fitness coach from Essex and a contestant on The Apprentice 2024. She is the founder of The Mummy Movement, an online business training women through pregnancy and post-birth.
In the description on the Mummy Movement website, Sam said: “A mum of 2 young gorgeous girls, I created The Mummy Movement after feeling great keeping fit during both my pregnancies and then fitting it in around busy mum life but most importantly, to get a bit of ‘me’ back.
“As a trained pre and postnatal fitness coach on top of being a mum, I help mamas and mamas-to-be to be the best version of themselves every day.”
Sam launched her pre and post-natal fitness app whilst looking after two young children. She considers the undertaking her biggest business success to date, according to her BBC The Apprentice profile.
She said about her biggest business fail: “I don’t consider any of my previous business ventures a failure, as they have all taught me something and helped me to create a more successful one. I moved to Malta at age 21 on my own to work for a year out there.”

Sharing the news on her Instagram, Sam said: “Can’t believe I’m even writing this but I am SO excited to finally blab out (been SO hard keeping it a secret from you all!) that I am a contestant on this year’s @apprenticeuk !! I’m doing it for all the mamas to prove that we can be proud mums yet great business women too! Please all tune in and support me in my bid to win my fellow Essex boy, Lord Sugar’s investment.”
Friends call Sam a real Del Boy for being “part-wheeler dealer” as well as her eye for a bargain. An online fitness coach with a focus on mums and mums-to-be, she’s hoping to prove her business brain to Lord Sugar.
Sam believes she deserves Lord Sugar’s investment because “I am one of the savviest, go-getting women I know! This business is all focused on something I am very passionate about whilst also making money too – it’s a win-win.”
