Dr. Paul Midha, born Amarpaul Singh Midha, is a dentist and contestant on The Apprentice 2024. He had a Britain’s Got Talent audition for body-popping and was an extra in the Disney Channel series The Evermoor Chronicles.
Dentist Paul Midha is the owner of VICI Dental, a dental practice in Leeds City Centre and Pudsey, providing exceptional quality dental care and facial aesthetic treatments. He also works in Central London in one of the U.K’s top Dental practices.
Dr Paul has lived in Leeds all his life and went to The Grammar School at Leeds. He graduated from the University of Sheffield. He has completed a year long course with Chris Orr in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry in London. Dr Paul is currently undertaking a Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry Diploma.
He is also an actor and has starred in a Disney TV show called Evermoor Chronicles as well as featuring in movies. He has also been on Britain’s Got Talent for body-popping.
“My proficiency in body-popping has been a standout talent that paved my way to victory in numerous talent shows during my younger years (including a Britain’s Got Talent audition),” he told the BBC. “This unique skill opened doors, leading me to an exciting opportunity as an extra in a Disney TV show.”

Dentist Paul Midha is a contestant on the 18th series of BBC1’s The Apprentice. The series, fronted by business tycoon Lord Sugar alongside his trusted advisors Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell MBE, sees the hopeful business candidates battle it out for the opportunity of a lifetime for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment and mentorship.
Speaking about his biggest business success to date, Dr Paul said: “After graduating as a dentist, I diligently saved a 20% deposit upon the acquisition of my first dental practice and invested every resource, leaving just £100 in my account, and dedicated myself to the practice. Over 15 months of unwavering dedication, the practice’s valuation soared to an astounding £900,000—an exceptional growth of over five times its initial value.”
When asked why he deserves Lord Sugar’s investment, Paul said: “Presenting a product-based business plan to Lord Sugar, I aim to revolutionise the healthcare attire market. When executed adeptly, this approach has the potential to secure a substantial market share. I am ready for the extensive learning ahead, understanding that I have much to gain and a long yet rewarding journey ahead.”
The Leeds dentist is joined by Amina Khan, Dr. Asif Munaf, Flo Edwards, Foluso Falade, Jack Davies, Maura Rath, Noor Bouziane, Oliver Medforth and Onyeka Nweze. The other contestants for this year’s The Apprentice include Paul Bowen, Phil Turner, Rachel Woolford, Raj Chohan, Sam Saadet, Steve Darken, Tre Lowe and Virdi Singh Mazaria.
