Rosanna Davison is an Irish model, TV personality, author, nutritional therapist and beauty queen who was crowned Miss World 2003 at the age of 19. She was the first Irish woman to be crowned Miss World.

Beyond her pageant success, Rosanna ventured into the realm of Irish reality TV, taking part in Celebrity Salon, Celebrity Come Dine with Me, and now Dancing with the Stars.

Rosanna is a qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist, with an MSc degree in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University. The former Miss World is also a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine, as well as studied with the US-based Institute of Functional Medicine.

According to RollerCoaster, the model was expecting to go into hospital the following week to have an elective Caesarean section but during a final scan, doctors decided it was time for the twins to be born. At 35 weeks, the boys were premature and so needed some special care.

“They spent a week in the neonatal unit at the National Maternity Hospital in Holles Street,’ Rosanna told RollerCoaster. “Although they were a decent enough weight — Hugo was 4lbs 7oz while Oscar was 5lbs 5oz so they weren’t teeny-tiny.

“They spent the week there and the nurses are actually angels — the team are incredible and they offer all the reassurance and advice you could possibly need as parents.”
