Luzuko Nteleko (born Luzuko S’phelo Nteleko) was a South African actor and entrepreneur. He was best known for his role as Loyiso in the SABC1 drama, Zone 14, and as Student Constable Lebogang Chuene in the SABC2 SA police drama, Streets of Mangaung, in 2012. He is also known from Generations, City Ses’la, Scandal and 90 Plein Street.
As a teen, Nteleko travelled from his home town of Sebokeng in the Vaal by train to Joburg, just to earn R20 to R30 a day after dropping out of his tourism management studies at Wits University in 2002. His big TV break came when a British production house cast him in the lead role of a 2004 docu-drama flighted on DStv’s Discovery Channel. His TV credits include 4 Hours, Ambitions, City Ses’la, eKasi: Our Stories, Gauteng Maboneng, Isidingo, isiPantsula, Keeping Score, Mfolozi Street, Mfolozi Street, Mzansi Love, Ring of Lies, Single Galz, Streets of Mangaung, and Tempy Pushas, Zone 14.
Since 2010, Nteleko had been writing, directing and performing shows on Health and Safety Awareness in the workplace, Teenage pregnancy, The Dangers of Drugs and Alcohol shows that were performed in companies, Schools and communities. He also owned N2ZEE Projects a VIP mobile toilets, mobile bars and mobile fridge hiring company.

Actor Luzuko Nteleko passed away in June 2021 at the age of 36. The actor beat cancer. In a heartfelt post Nteleko reflected on being one of the blessed few to beat the disease, and having his sister whom he said was the only reason he could smile during the tough period.
“My sister @nomsanteleko was the only reason I could smile here. She went through a lot to help me fight this demonic cancer and I knlw it hasn’t been easy because your life had to stop so you could take care of me. To God be the glory. We won no more pain and suffering, mama cried saying she doesn’t know how to thank and I said well thank Him every day for healing me. Ndibulele nakuni bo Ndlovu Zid’ekhaya, oMntungwa. Ndu you’re appreciated and forever.”
