Lucas Glover is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. He turned professional in 2001. He has five PGA Tour victories: the 2005 FUNAI Classic at the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort, the 2009 U.S. Open Championship, the 2011 Wells Fargo Championship, the 2021 John Deere Classic and the 2023 Wyndham Championship.

On August 7, 2023, Lucas Glover won the Wyndham Championship by two strokes over Russell Henley and Byeong Hun An, earning his fifth career PGA TOUR title. He moved from No. 112 to No. 49 in the FedExCup standings, qualifying for the FedExCup Playoffs for the fifth consecutive season.

“There is no probation,” Glover said. “We did a lot of things on our own that we opted to do before the court ordered it. We did it together because we needed it.”

Following months of silence, however, Glover said the police reports were not entirely accurate.

“I can now say she never hit me,” Glover said. “I don’t know why it was reported that way. We had to stay quiet until the case was over and we felt strongly this would be the result. We had to take the high road and say nothing, which was difficult. There were a lot of things we wanted to straighten out in the report but we couldn’t.”

The Glovers recently renewed their wedding vows and Glover said the two have started a new chapter.

“It was the closure of everything, of all the mess for us and a symbol of a new beginning,” Glover said. “It was emotional and symbolic.”
