Grainne Seoige is a TV presenter, journalist, and anchor from Spiddal, County Galway, Ireland. She has worked for several Irish television stations including TG4, TV3, RTÉ One, and RTÉ2. She is also an actress known for her work in Killinaskully (2003), TvThree News (1998), and The Panel (2003) as of her IMDb profile. In Mid December 2021, it was announced that Grainne will take part in the fifth series of the Irish version of Dancing with the Stars in 2022.

She was born in An Spidéal and grew up in Galway and attended Mercy Convent. She went on to join University College Galway (UCG) where she earned her B.A. in English, Sociology, and Political Science.
