Catherine Agbaje is an Irish commercial real estate agent and contestant on Love Island 2023. She works with a south London real estate firm, having moved from Dublin in 2021 after graduating from Maynooth University with a degree in psychology. Catherine has an undergraduate degree and a masters degree in Psychology and Sociology and Real Estate.

The Love Island contestant boasts over 11,000 followers on Instagram, where she has shared her trips to Dubai, Greece, Cancun, Miami and Punta Cana. In May 2023, her Instagram Story showed the real estate agent partying alongside American rapper Kodak Black in Miami.

Speaking to The Mirror ahead of her villa debut, Catherine revealed that she had only told her immediate family, and a handful of her closest friends, along with her boss that she was going on the show.

“I would say my colleagues and my family to be honest. I didn’t tell my cousins so they will probably freak out when they see me on TV. I only initially told my immediate family and my best friend and one or two of my closest friends,” Catherine explained.

“I told my director in work. I told him and he didn’t tell anyone else – he was so happy for me. But my work colleagues didn’t really know why I left – but they will soon find out.

“My director is really chill, he said he would love for me to come back. I would always try and somehow get back into it after Love Island.”

My teeth are real, people always think they are veneers! I had braces when I was younger. I have two degrees, I have my undergrad and my masters in Psychology and Sociology and Real Estate.

Catherine will be joined in the villa by nine other islanders, including Molly Marsh, the daughter of Coronation Street actress Janet Marsh, and Tyrique Hyde, the son of former Premier League player Micah Hyde.
