Beret Leone Biography – Beret Leone Wiki
Beret Leone is an American multimedia journalist, reporter, and a weekend anchor for KTTC NewsCenter and Fox 47 in Rochester, Minnesota. She became part of KTTC NewsCenter and FOX 47 News as a Multimedia Journalist in July of 2018. To add to her reporting duties she is also an anchor on FOX 47 News at 9 p.m. on Friday evenings.
She is a recent graduate of Bethel University in Arden Hills with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and minors in Theatre Arts and Media Production. As part of her college experience, she studied in the journalism program at The Kings College in New York during the Spring of 2017. While she was there, she worked on interviews and for Playbill as an editorial intern.
In her senior year at Bethel, she was an intern at KARE-11 in Golden Valley. She shadowed and worked with multimedia journalists at KARE and gained a lot of hands-on experience in their newsroom. Besides that, she also served as the Managing Editor of The Clarion, Bethel University’s newspaper. Before assuming that leadership role in 2017 she was the Features Editor for the paper. She is a native of Chaska and began her reporting career in the summer of 2016 as an intern reporter for The Chaska Herald.
Her hobbies include; drinking massive amounts of coffee, attending a musical, singing scales in the newsroom, or spending time with her family.
