Wendy Rush, born Wendy Hollings Weil, is the wife of Stockton Rush, the C.E.O. and owner of OceanGate Expeditions. She is the director of Communications for OceanGate and an expedition team member, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Wendy is also a member of the Communications and Tracking Team. She has been involved in various projects including Titanic Expeditions (2021, 2022, 2023), Four Subs Project, Hudson Canyon Expeditions, Bahamas Operations, Salish Sea Survey Expedition, Andrea Doria Expedition and Flower Garden Banks Expedition.

Wendy is a member of the Board of Trustees of OceanGate Foundation, a non-profit organization which aims to catalyze emerging marine technology to further discoveries in marine science, history, and archaeology.
