Valeria Ayos is a Colombian Model presenter, beauty queen, and environmental activist. On October 18, 2021, she was crowned Miss Universe Colombia 2021 during the second edition of the Miss Universe Colombia pageant in Bogotá, Colombia. On December 12, 2021, she represented her country at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant in Eilat, Israel where she finished as a Top 5 finalist.
In 2018, Valeria was crowned Miss Earth Colombia 2018 and represented her country at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant where she finished as Miss Earth Water 2018, the event was held on November 3, 2018, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. She succeeded Juliana Franco the Miss Earth Colombia 2017 and Miss Earth Water 2017. In 2020, she was a contestant on the Miss Universe Colombia 2020 but she later withdrew after suffering partial face paralysis. On October 18, 2021, Ayos represented Cartagena at the Miss Universe Colombia 2021 pageant. She was crowned the winner succeeding Laura Olascuaga of Bolívar. She also holds a diploma in Marketing and Strategy from La Verne University in the United States. She also learned how to sing at the age of 9, she was always inspired by fellow Colombian Shakira. Ayos says she wants to become the Minister of Education of Colombia to make sure everyone has the opportunity to get a good education.
