Tippy Packard is an American-born professional figure skater. She started skating at the age of 5 and represents Hong Kong. Tippy is a three-time Hong Kong National Champion and Worlds Competitor. In October 2021, it was announced that Tippy will be participating in the fourteenth series of Dancing on Ice on ITV.
She was previously a Female Principle at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment in Orlando, Florida, United States. Tippy was also a Female Principle Ice Skater on Holiday on Ice for more than two years. From April 2017 to October 2020, she served as a Company Manager at Willy Bietak Productions in Santa Monica, California. During her career as a professional ice skater, she has worked for many entertainment companies such as Royal Caribbean International, ISF Productions, SeaJo Productions, Knott’s Berry Farm, and East-West Ice Palace.
She attended the University of Southern California where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She is skilled in Hockey, Sports Industry, Microsoft Word, Coaching, and Athletic Training. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and food.

She is a contestant on ITV’s 14th series of Dancing on Ice. She was announced as a new contestant in October 2021 by ITV. Tippy will be partnering with Olympic BMX racer, Kye Whyte. The show started airing on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at 6:30 pm on ITV. The 14th series will be filmed at Bovingdon Airfield and hosted by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. Judges: Christopher Dean, Jayne Torvill, and Ashley Banjo will all return for their 5th series, while John Barrowman will be replaced by Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer, Oti Mabuse.
