Oti Mabuse is a South African professional dancer. She is well known as a professional dancer on the British television series, Strictly Come Dancing show, and German Let’s Dance. She was a judge on The Greatest Dancer. Mabuse was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and went on to study civil engineering at university before she started her professional ballroom dancing career. She has won the South African Latin American Championship eight times and later moved to Germany to extend her dancing skills. She has won a number of titles in her dancing career. The titles include third place in World Cup Freestyle Latin in 2014, second place in European Championship Latin in 2014, and first place in German Championship PD Freestyle Latin. Oti partnered with singer Daniel Küblböck during the eighth season of Let’s Dance, they were eliminated in week 9, finishing in sixth place, in 2015. In 2016, she returned for the ninth season of Let’s Dance, she was partnered with television presenter Niels Ruf. they were the first couple to be eliminated in week 2, leaving in 14th place.

In 2015, Mabuse appeared as a professional on the thirteenth series of the Strictly Come Dancing show. She was partnered with Olympic boxer Anthony Ogogo. They were eliminated in Week 3, finishing in 14th place. During the fourteenth series, Mabuse was partnered with former Hollyoaks actor Danny Mac, they reached the final and finished as runners-up. She has participated in different series including the fifteenth in 2017, partnering with Jonnie Peacock, the sixteenth series partnering with Graeme Swann where they finished in the seventh place. In 2019, for the seventeenth series of the show, she partnered by former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher, who replaced her Made in Chelsea star partner Jamie Laing, who had to withdraw from the show after sustaining a foot injury when dancing on the launch show. They went on to become the winners of the series. For series 18, she was partnered with comedian and actor, Bill Bailey.
