Anannarukarn began playing golf at the age of 8 years old. On August 1, 2021, she earned her first LPGA Tour victory on Sunday in Northern Ireland at the ISPS Handa World Invitational presented by Modest! Golf Management. She becomes the fifth Rolex First-Time Winner of the 2021 LPGA Tour season.
As an amateur, Anannarukarn won six times on the Thai LPGA, she also won the 2016 SEA Amateur Golf Championship Individual and Team title. She graduated from the American School of Bangkok Green Valley in 2017. She turned professional upon graduating in 2017 at the age of 18 years old.
