Lachune Biography – Lachune Wiki

Lachune is a singer and contestant on America’s Got Talent (AGT) 2023. According to her Instagram bio, she is also a seminarian and evidence-based voice teacher. She is the owner of the voice studio “Head to Heart,” where she is an evidence-based voice teacher.

Born and raised in the Deep South, Lachune first found the love of music in the pews of a traditional African American Church. There, she studied the power of song in intimate settings- power to teach, to express, and to share stories with others’ souls. While growing up in the low country, she was exposed to different styles of music such as; folk, Americana, blues, gospel, jazz, R&B, Contemporary Christian etc.

Lachune blends southern beauty with classical excellence, earthy gospel and folk expressions. Now, she wields her classic and versatile tone to warm the hearts of her hearers. She recently relocated to Fort Worth. She earned her Bachelor of Music with a Voice Concentration, Certification in Vocal Functioning 101 through Maddie Tarbox, and is currently completing her Master of Music in Voice Performance at a local seminary in the area.
