Jodi Ewart Shadoff is an English professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour. She qualified for the Ladies European Tour (LET) in 2012 by winning the LET Final Qualifying Tournament. Her best major finish was runner-up at the 2017 Women’s British Open.

Born in Northallerton, England, Ewart started playing golf at the age of 8. She was first introduced to golf and her first coach by her grandfather. As an amateur, she won the English Women’s Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship in 2007 and 2008.

Ewart graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in psychology in 2010. While at New Mexico, she recorded five collegiate wins for the Lobos and was a three-time NCAA All-American, a Golf Week All-American Honorable Mention selection and a four-time Mountain West Player of the year.

Ewart turned professional in 2010 and played on the Futures Tour. She qualified for the LPGA Tour the following year and made her Solheim Cup debut in 2013. “I told myself very early in the round to take the opportunities when I got them. And that’s what I did. The last four or five holes are the toughest on the course and you never know what the weather is going to do,” she said in an interview with the LPGA.
