Gary Quinn is an Irish chef and founder of Taquitos Belfast, a Mexican street food-inspired business that specialises in homemade tacos and other Mexican-inspired dishes. He is currently operating at the Blackstaff Mill, in West Belfast.
He has been working in the food industry for over a decade and started his career as a chef in various restaurants honing his skills as a chef by learning from two 3 star Michelin trained chefs.
Gary had also staged at the Three Restaurant in Miami for 7 months under the watchful eye of Norman Van Aken and chef de cuisine Miguel Massens.
He later decided to start his own business, Taquitos Belfast, which has gained a reputation for its authentic flavors and fresh ingredients.

He announced the news on Instagram, writing, “I can finally reveal that I am one of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars.”
Speaking to Belfast Live, Gary said: “After a fire in my restaurant in Andersontown, I wasn’t going to let that hold me back, so I applied for the show.
“I thought ‘I am just going to go for this’. There are different challenges in the show, and it is a really brilliant show. I will be in work when it’s on but my family will be watching. It’s really good fun, definitely one to watch. It is good to put Belfast on the map”
