Elizabeth Chambers is an American television personality and entrepreneur. Chambers is the founder of the Texas-based Bird Bakery retail chain, she has filmed holiday cooking on The Cooking Channel, Today, and The Food Network. She has appeared in the film roles in The Game Plan and on the television series Shark and Criminal Minds. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied journalism. In 2020, Chambers was named to the University of Texas – Austin “Outstanding Alumni” list.
Chambers started her career as a correspondent at Al Gore’s television network, Current TV. She was also a news correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, E! News Now, and Access Hollywood. She is the owner of the Bird’s Bakery, which was founded in San Antonio in 2012, and in Dallas, its baked goods are based on recipes from her grandmother’s kitchen. Chambers was a guest judge on the Food Network’s “Best Baker in America” in June 2019 and on Chopped Sweets for episodes 105 (“Tiny Treats”), 106 (“Tough Cookies”), and 107 (“Million Dollar Desserts”) in February and March 2020.
