Eli Matthewson is an award-winning comedian, writer, and actor from Auckland, New Zealand. He is known for Golden Boy, 7 Days of Sport, U-Live, Stars in Her Eyes and Happy Hour. Matthewson is currently the Head Writer at TVNZ and The Edge Breakfast presenter. He has written several tops shows including Have You Been Paying Attention NZ. He has worked as the Head Writer for Mediaworks and at Jono and Ben for Three. As an actor, Matthewson is represented by Johnson & Laird management.
