She interned at WKMG and WFTV channel Eyewitness News, both top stations in the Orlando market.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree. She double majored in Broadcast Journalism and Latin American Studies.
Alex speaks fluent Spanish and through her studies has gained a deep understanding of the Latino population. She looks forward to using her language skills to better serve the Coastal Empire.
She is a hard worker and deeply invested in accurate storytelling that uplifts and informs the community. Her unique experience in the communist island of Cuba has taught her not only the responsibility of a journalist but also the importance of shining a light in dark places. In Cuba, Alex was an associate producer and reporter for two 30 minute specials on Music, Art, Culture, and Environment.
Alex is a proud traveler and dreams of making it around the world one day. She’s been to places like Portugal, Spain, and Morocco.
When she’s not reporting at WSAV she enjoys any and everything fashion, spending time with family, and reading about psychology.”

Bozarjian told “CBS This Morning” on Tuesday, “It’s not okay to help yourself to a woman’s body just because you feel like it… in order to make any kind of change, you have to be a little bit drastic. And you have to… chip away at this toxic culture that permeates our society.”

She filed a police report on the incident Monday, and the man, Tommy Callaway, was banned from future Savannah Sports Council races. On Wednesday, she said she supports criminal charges being filed against Callaway.
Bozarjian said in a statement to CBS News, “I want to make it clear that this doesn’t mean I can’t/won’t forgive him. I hope to get to that point eventually, but as in any sexual assault case, it has to be on my terms when I’m ready.”
