Adam Hadwin is a Canadian professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. He turned professional in 2009. He won the 2017 Valspar Championship for his first PGA Tour title and a trip to the Masters. Hadwin became just the second player to win on the PGA TOUR, the Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada, and the Web.com Tour.

Hadwin was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and attended the University of Louisville, where he was an All-America Honorable mention in 2009.

In 2010, Hadwin won twice on the Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada. He won the Desert Dunes Classic and the Pacific Colombia Tour Championship.

The Abootsford, British Columbia resident made a name for himself in 2014 when won twice on the Web.com Tour and finished first in Web.com Tour Finals Priority Rankings.

Hadwin earned his first PGA Tour title at the 2017 Valspar Championship. Hadwin had a two-shot lead with three holes to play when he hit his tee shot into the water on the 16th hole and made double bogey to fall into a tie with Patrick Cantlay.

Down to the final hole at Innisbrook, Hadwin went just over the green against the collar and used the leading edge of his wedge to putt the ball down to a few feet. Cantlay came up short into the bunker, blasted out 15 feet short and missed the par putt.

Hadwin, who started the final round with a four-shot lead, closed with an even-par 71.

Hadwin missed out on winning his first PGA tournament in January 2017 when he finished runner-up at the CareerBuilder Challenge after becoming only the eighth player in Tour history to shoot 59.
