Adam Aaro Biography – Adam Aaro Wiki
Adam Aaro is an American anchor, television personality, and reporter currently working as a co-anchor with Megan ORourke for ABC 22/FOX 45. He co-anchors the evening newscasts for FOX 45 and ABC 22 in Dayton. He is also a reporter for all newscasts.
He has been residing in the Dayton area since January of 2016. Along with co-anchoring evening newscasts, he is proud to produce a weekly segment highlighting the good happening in the Miami Valley called Someone You Should Know. These stories showcase people and organizations that are making a difference no matter how big or small.
Before he went to Dayton, he worked as a weekend evening anchor at the sister station, WSYX/WTTE for 3 years. Along with anchoring, he was also a reporter and helped produce several On Your Side segments. One of those stories centered on sports-related concussions and was awarded an Ohio Valley Emmy.
Before he moved to Ohio, he initially was living in Central Oregon. At KTVZ in Bend, he first worked as a morning co-anchor and then transitioned into an evening co-anchor role. He has also worked as a reporter at WBAY in Green Bay, Wisconsin and as a weekend anchor and reporter at KTTC in Rochester, Minnesota. When he is not at work he is often at home with his family.
He went to school at the University of St. Thomas where he studied and graduated with a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Political Science.
