Victor Solomon is a singer and contestant on NBC’s Show – The Voice season 20 with team Legend. He was born in Peoria, Illinois, and is currently a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina. He began singing in church at the age of six and won his eighth-grade talent show by singing John Legend’s “Ordinary People.” He went on to sing in school and went to study at the North Carolina A&T State University, the country’s largest historically Black university.
As of 2021, he is currently a senior and was voted the mister of his university (14th Mr. NCA&T) and the 17th Mister of Historically black colleges and universities (HBCU). He also has another title, Mr. 1913. He serves on the Student Government Association Executive Board and also undertakes his Mister duties, but he continues to sing at church and in the school’s gospel choir.
