Tess Daly born Helen Elizabeth Daly is an English model and television presenter. She attended Hayfield Primary School and went on to New Mills Secondary School.
As a model, Daly was scouted outside a McDonald’s in Manchester when she was just 18. She then worked in Paris for five years as a model before moving to New York for a further five years. She has appeared in two Duran Duran music videos to become the face of LaSenza lingerie. She is currently the face of L’Oreal and Vitabiotics’ Wellwoman supplement brand.
Her television big break was when she was contracted to host the Find Me a Model competition in 2000. With a television career spanning close to two decades, she has hosted the National Lottery, BBC’s Children in Need and the Royal Variety Performance.
Daly has hosted or co-hosted in television shows including L.A.
