Stella Ndabeni Abrahams born Stella Tembisa Ndabeni, is a South African politician and the current Minister of Communications, Telecommunications and Postal Services of the Republic of South Africa as from 22 November 2018.
She has been an African National Congress (ANC) Member of Parliament since 2009. She previously served as deputy minister of telecommunications and postal services between 31 March 2017 and 22 November 2018 and deputy minister of communications between 23 October 2011 and 31 March 2017.
She has served as the Provincial Secretary of the Eastern Cape Youth Economic Council and as a member of the ANCYL of Mthatha East Zone from 1990 to 1994. She was also a member of the ANC Youth League (ANCYL) National Executive Committee and member of the North West Committee from 2008 to 2010, whereupon she then went to Parliament and became a committee member for Portfolios: Communications, Defence, Joint Parliamentary Committee on Defence and Intelligence and the ANC Parliamentary Caucus Sub-Committee on Political Education.

She holds an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Rhodes University; a Diploma in Telecommunications and Managements Systems from Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation; a Certificate in Telecommunications, Policy and Regulation Management from Wits University, a Diploma in Project Management from Cranefields College and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Management Administration at Regent Business School.
