Romy Lanfranchi full name Romy Vivienne Stansfield, is the girlfriend of former South African cricketer Graeme Smith.
Lanfranchi obtained her BA (Hons) and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town. She commenced her articles of clerkship with Ashersons Attorneys in 2005 and was admitted as an attorney in 2007.
