Reche Caldwell born Donald Reche Caldwell Jr. was an American professional football player. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 2002 NFL Draft as a second-round pick after playing college football at the University of Florida.

He played for the Los Angeles Chargers, New England Patriots and Washington Redskins over a six-year NFL career. He signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams in 2008, but the team released him before the start of the season. Caldwell finished his NFL career with 152 receptions for 1,851 yards and 11 touchdowns in 71 games.

In May 2014, Caldwell was arrested for drug possession and intent to distribute. He was sentenced on January 30, 2015, to 27 months in federal prison and 3 years probation for possession of MDMA with intent to distribute. He also pleaded guilty to drug charges involving marijuana and ecstasy, along with charges involving gambling.

Caldwell was on December 12, 2019, accused by the Justice Department of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. On January 23, 2020, he pleaded guilty to one charge of conspiracy to commit health fraud. He was set to be sentenced in June 2020.
