Paul Mescal is an Irish actor. He is best known for his role as Connell in the Hulu and BBC Three series Normal People, an adaptation of the novel by Sally Rooney.
His theatre work includes The Great Gatsby, The Red Shoes, The Plough and the Stars, Asking for It, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, and The Lieutenant of Inishmore.
