Patty Tavatanakit (Paphangkorn Tavatanakit) is a Thai professional golfer. She currently competes on the U.S-based LPGA Tour. She previously played on the Epson Tour where she finished 2nd on the 2019 Epson Tour money list to capture an LPGA Tour card for the 2020 LPGA season. In 2021, she won the ANA Inspiration.

Patty was born in Bangkok, Thailand, where she attended Keerapat International School in Bangkok. She started playing golf in high school although her school didn’t have a golf team. As an amateur, she won the Callaway Junior World Golf Championship for girls in 2014. During the 2015-2016 season, she was named the Thailand Amateur Ladies Golf Association Player of the Year, after winning the Asian Junior Golf Association Rolex Tournament of Champions and Ping Invitational.

Patty attended the University of California, Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California, where she played collegiate golf. While at The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), she won seven collegiate tournaments. She was named the WGCA and Pac-12 Conference Freshman of the Year, WGCA First Team All-American twice, and All-Pac-12 First Team member. Prior to joining the LPGA Tour, she played on the Symetra Tour where she won three times, winning the Donald Ross Classic on 13 July 2019, the Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic on 21 July 2019, and the Sioux Falls GreatLIFE Challenge on September 1, 2019. She won the Gaëlle Truet Rookie of the Year award.

Tavakanakit turned professional in 2020 and made her LPGA Tour debut at the Gainbridge LPGA at Boca Rio in January 2020, where she finished tied 35th. In 2020, she played 14 LPGA Tour events and made cuts made 7 cuts. On April 4, 2021, Tavakanakit earned her first LPGA tour event victory winning the 2021 ANA Inspiration a major LPGA championship.
