Joubert started her modeling and pageantry career in 2016 when she competed in Miss Globe South Africa 2016. Joubert won the title and went on to represent South Africa at Miss Globe 2016, where she was placed as the fourth runner-up and won the Miss Bikini award.
In 2020, she competed in Miss South Africa 2020. On June 11, 2020, it was announced that she had advanced as one of the thirty-five women selected to take part in further auditions.
