Maria Andrejczyk (full name Maria Magdalena Andrejczyk) is a Polish track and field athlete who competes in the javelin throw. She is the 2020 Summer Olympics silver medalist and 2015 European Junior Champion. Andrejczyk competed at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing without qualifying for the final.
