Luke Taylor is an American singer, vocalist, and social media star. He is a contestant in The twentieth season of the reality singing competition show, American Idol. He auditioned for the show and earned a golden ticket to Hollywood in 2022. The twentieth series of American Idol started airing on February 27, 2022, on the ABC television network. His audition was later aired on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 8 p.m. (EST) on ABC.

Luke previously appeared in the Second Season of FOX’s show, “I Can See Your Voice” after the FOX show reached out to him. Unfortunately, he did not advance past the first round. The Pennsylvania native graduated from Garnet Valley High School. He currently attends Liberty University in Virginia, where he is studying music as he continues to pursue his music dreams. At Liberty, the music student sings with the School of Music’s Chamber Singers and is also the bass vocalist in the school’s a cappella group, Shine.
