what if you said yes? what if you opened yourself up to all the possibilities, opportunities, knowledge, growth, healing and love? what if instead of saying no from fear, we said yes from power? what would be possible? what would the road look like? how would that make you feel? _ I worked with a healer at an event last weekend and he had us do an exercise in which the entire group said “yes” over and over and over. there was an energetic shift in the room. everyone felt lighter, more open and more aware. _ some people, loved this feeling. others, felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable. stepping into the unknown where there are endless possibilities can be a lot to handle. but what’s more detrimental is saying no because you’re scared of what could be. _ I said no for too long to myself. I said no to what could be, because I was scared out of my mind of my own power and my ability to manifest and live the life I always envisioned. _ now, I say no to anything that doesn’t serve me. and HELL YES to everything that does. stepping into my yes has meant stepping into my truth, my heart and the magic I am creating. _ who’s with me? what are you going to say yes to, for yourself, today? ✨#yes #magic #manifest

I’m ready for what’s next. I desire more. I choose this life. I surrender to what’s meant to be. I open to whatever is for me. I let go of things no longer serving me. I use my voice. I find courage in my truth. I am joyful in leadership. I operate from love. I am of greatest service.
