So I have a particular sensitivity when our players or someone has a tragedy. That’s when you forget all the hard stuff and when you just want to grab and hold.”
Stephen Jones said, “I think Jerry said it as good as you can say it. Obviously, our prayers are with him and his family. Certainly, you know what Dak means to us and our organization and how much we’re with him right now.”
Coach Mike McCarthy said, “I just want to echo what both Jerry and Stephen said. It’s an unbearable time right now and I know all the prayers and thoughts go out to Dak and his family and just for everybody to respect his privacy.”
