Francesca Taruc is a model, vlogger and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Tourism World Intercontinental 2019 in Nanjing, China on 9 January 2019.
She was also awarded Best Body during the preliminary round of the Miss Tourism World Intercontinental 2019 competition.
She was crowned Miss Freedom of the World Philippines 2018 on 19 May 2018 and she was set to represent the Philippines in the Miss Freedom of the World 2018 pageant in Kosovo, but she chose to first finish her studies per her father’s advice.
She holds a degree in Mass Communication from the Holy Angel University in Pampanga.
