Eric Holder also known as Shitty Cuz, is a Los Angeles-based aspiring rapper and alleged Crips gang member, accused in the murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle.
On April 1, 2019, the LAPD wrote on Twitter, “Eric Holder is wanted for Homicide in the shooting of Nipsey Hussle. He was last seen in a 2016 white 4 door Chevy Cruze CA license plate 7RJD742. Anyone with information related to his whereabouts or this deadly shooting is urged to contact South Bureau Homicide at 323-786-5100.”

According to Sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Nishida, deputies at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lakewood station got a call at 12:53 p.m. from a person who had seen someone matching Holder’s description. The deputies arrested Holder without incident in the city of Bellflower.
Detectives from the LAPD South Bureau went to the sheriff’s station in Lakewood and confirmed that the person was in fact Holder. L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti also confirmed the news in a tweet.
“Eric Holder, the suspect in the murder of Nipsey Hussle, has been arrested and is now in custody. Thank you to our LAPD officers for tireless work to find the suspect and seek justice that Nipsey’s family and community deserve.”

According to court records, Holder pleaded no contest in 2012 to a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and three years’ probation.
