Ellie Leach is an English actress best known for portraying Faye Windass on ITV’s Coronation Street from 2011 to 2023. She was nominated for multiple British Soap Awards and Inside Soap Awards for her role. Hard-hitting storylines included being pregnant at the age of 13, discovering she was going through menopause and reconnecting with the child she gave up – which led to her departing the cobbles in April 2023.
Faye’s Weatherfield departure saw her break the heart of her fiancé Craig Tinker (Colson Smith), as she fled the cobbles to be with her daughter Miley (Frankie-Jae Simmonds) and Miley’s father Jackson Hodge (Joseph Evans).
