Elisabeth D’Amore is a Meteorologist at WHBQ-TV Memphis Metropolitan Area, United States. She joined the FOX13 weather team in April 2018. Elisabeth was raised in Collierville, Tennessee where she attended and graduated from Collierville High School. She went on to join the Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology. She graduated in 2013.
Upon graduating, Elisabeth moved to Columbus, Georgia to work as Morning Meteorologist for WTVM. Working at WTVM Elisabeth covered all types of weather from record flooding to crippling ice and tornado outbreaks. She left Columbus, Georgia in April 2018. Previously she had served as a Fill-In Weekend Meteorologist at WAPT in Jackson Mississippi. While there she developed and delivered weathercasts using WSI TruVu to the Jackson, Mississippi, and surrounding areas as well as updating web-based material.
Elisabeth also served as a Meteorologist at the CampusConnect Forecast for ten months and as an Intern Meteorologist at WMC-TV in Memphis, Tennessee. When she is not on her Meteorological tasks, Elisabeth enjoys cheering the Mississippi State University (MSU) Dawgs, the Memphis Tigers, and Memphis Grizzlies.
