Dwayne Haskins was an American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for three seasons. He played for the Washington Redskins (2019–2020) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (2021) in the NFL.

Haskins played college football at Ohio State where he finished third in the Heisman Trophy race in 2018. In 2018, he finished third in Heisman Trophy voting, behind Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa and Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray, after leading Ohio State to a 13-1 record, including a win in the Rose Bowl against Washington. He completed 70 percent of his passes that season and was projected to have an N.F.L. future for his accuracy as a pocket passer.
