Chesson Hadley is an American professional golfer from Raleigh, North Carolina. Hadley currently plays on the PGA Tour and previously played on the Web.com Tour. As an amateur, Hadley started playing golf at North Ridge Country Club in northern Raleigh, North Carolina. He also played for his high school, North Raleigh Christian Academy in Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), where he studied Business Management. Chesson played collegiate golf at Georgia Tech and was a three-time All-American, he won the 2010 Atlantic Coast Conference championship, and he was in the 2008 Palmer Cup U.S. team.
Chesson turned professional in 2010. In 2013, he played on the Web.com Tour winning his first tour event on Jun 23, 2013, at the Rex Hospital Open. Chesson finished 3rd on the 2013 Web.com Tour regular-season money list to earn his 2014 PGA Tour card. On March 9, 2014, Chesson earned his first PGA Tour win at the Puerto Rico Open. At end of the 2016 season, he lost his PGA Tour card and went back to play on the Web.com Tour. Hadley won at the LECOM Health Challenge, thus regaining his PGA Tour card. On September 17, 2017, he earned another victory at the Albertsons Boise Open. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
