“Mattie, thank you for loving cats because I do, for stopping the car on the motorway to rescue a pigeon stuck in the fence, for constantly making sure I’m well fed and never saying no to dessert after a meal. For always thinking McDonald’s is an acceptable option after dinner, for your patience in my cleanliness habits and actually getting me to chill out more. I can’t wait for what’s ahead with the most impulsive and fun person I know.
