Tina Namiesniowski is a former president of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). She was appointed President of the Public Health Agency of Canada on May 6, 2019. She resigned on September 18, 2020, only 18 months into the job.

Previously, she was the Executive Vice-President of the Canada Border Services Agency. She also held Assistant Deputy Minister Roles in Agriculture Canada, Public Safety Canada and has served as Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet, Operations Secretariat, with the Privy Council Office. She joined the federal government in 1989.

Namiesniowski holds a Bachelor of Honours, with a major in Political Science and a minor in History, from Carleton University. She also obtained a Masters in Political Science, with a concentration in Strategic Studies and International Relations, from Dalhousie University.
