Nicko Falcis is the former business partner and talent agent of Kris Aquino, a Filipino talk show host, actress and producer.

It is alleged that Falcis used funds from Kris Aquino’s production company Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP) for personal expenses. Falcis was the managing director of KCAP.

Aquino filed criminal complaints against Falcis and is now facing 44 counts of qualified theft, as well as violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act. The complaints against Falcis were filed on 12 October 2018. Aquino personally filed the complaint before the Quezon City Office of the Prosecutor on 12 October 2018. Her legal team from the Fortun Narvasa and Salazar Law Office filed the same complaint on her behalf in San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Makati, Taguig and Manila.

Falcis allegedly charged P1,270,980.31 to a corporate card under KCAP for personal expenses without Aquino’s consent. Aquino said in a statement that Falcis tried to return the money by sending a check worth ₱437,595.67 to her home, but it was short of ₱833,384.64. The card had a ₱2-million limit and was meant for business purposes, such as paying for advertisements of brand partners posted on her social media accounts.
