Linda Powell is an American actress and the daughter of Colin Powell. She is best known for her role as Ingrid Mills on NBC’s, Chicago, and as a lawyer in the critically acclaimed film, Blue Caprice.

Linda started acting in her teens. After earning a B.A. in English literature with a minor in theater then on to Circle in the Square Theatre School, she took the plunge in professional theater.
