Annette Llewellyn is a Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit (Division 15) of Missouri. She was appointed Circuit Court Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, which covers the City of St. Louis, by Governor Eric Greitens, a Republican, in January 2018. The position became vacant due to the retirement of Judge Timothy Wilson.

However, I am confident that Ms. Llewellyn will continue serving the St. Louis community with her depth of legal expertise and passion in her new position.”

Prior to her judicial appointment, Llewellyn was an assistant circuit attorney with the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office. She also served for several years as a public defender and was in private practice at The Hale Law Firm (1998); Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers & Glass (2004 to 2005); and Fischer, Byrne & Garvey (2005 to 2006).

Judge Llewellyn is a graduate of Lehman College with a B.S. in accounting and received her J.D. from the University of Iowa.

She is a member of the Mound City Bar Association, the Women Lawyers’ Association and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
