Jennifer Palacios Johnson is an assistant state attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit in the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida, United States. She has presided over the Thirteenth Circuit’s Felony Division since August 2021.
She presided over the Sex Offender/Child Abuse Division from July 2018 to August 2021n, prosecuting some of the most difficult cases involving sexual assault and child abuse and neglect.
Jennifer is a member of The Junior League of Tampa, an organization of 1,800 women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
In 2014, she volunteered as the assistant chair of Love Bundles. The program collects toiletries, pajamas, baby formula, books and toys to fill more than 2,000 backpacks each year. The backpacks are given to children in child protective services who have been removed from their homes and are often transferred into the foster care system.
Jennifer graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida in 2002 and received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2005.
