Jason Mitchell is an American actor. He is best known for his role as rapper Eazy-E in the 2015 biopic Straight Outta Compton.
Since Straight Outta Compton, Mitchell has gained roles in studio blockbusters and independent films alike, appearing in films including Mudbound, “Kong: Skull Island” and “Detroit.” His biggest role since, however, has been as Brandon on The Chi — a popular young guy trying to open a restaurant with his girlfriend.
