DaShawn Brown is an American news reporter and The NFL Pre-Game Show Co-Host for WSOC-TV Eyewitness News since December 2015. from Charleston, South Carolina where she was a Reporter and Weekend, Morning Anchor. While in Charleston, she covered many of the nation’s top stories, including the Charleston church shooting, the shooting death of Walter Scott, an unarmed black man killed by a former North Charleston police officer, as well as two POTUS visits to the Palmetto State.
She started her career as a sports reporter, working in Mississippi and Georgia, at WABG and WTOC-TV, and has earned Associated Press awards for Best Sports Feature.
