Carl Nassib is an American football professional player. Nassib plays defensive end for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL), he previously played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He graduated from Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, Pennsylvania, where played football as an offensive tackle and defensive end, he also played basketball and participated in the track and field. Nassib went on to join Pennsylvania State University, where he played in all 13 games and had seven tackles and one sack, as a junior. In 2015, he was named the Big Ten Nagurski-Woodson Defensive Player of the Year, Nassib was presented with the Hendricks Award for the nation’s top defensive end.

At the 2016 National Football League (NFL) draft, Nassib was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the third round with the 65th pick. Nassib made his professional debut against the Philadelphia Eagles, he recorded one sack, three tackles, and one deflected pass. On September 2, 2018, he was waived by the Cleveland Browns, just a day later on September 3, 2018, he was claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On March 27, 2020, he signed a three-year contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.
